Meet Connie, Founder & Principal Tattooist
Connie founded Brow & Arrow in 2017 and has over 27 years of experience in the beauty industry, with more than 10 years of experience in cosmetic tattooing. Driven by a simple belief: every woman deserves to feel confident and comfortable in her own skin. She has spent years perfecting her craft, drawing on the world’s most refined techniques in feathering, powder, nano, and restorative tattooing to create results that feel natural, soft, and truly you.
As the principal tattooist, Connie works directly with every client. From the first conversation to the final touch-up, she takes the time to understand your features, goals, and concerns, ensuring no detail is missed and no question goes unanswered.
